New Publication: Entry in Ethnic American Cooking

After the success of Lucy Long’s Ethnic American Food Today encyclopedia, in which I had an entry, Dr. Long created a cookbook based on the recipes: Ethnic American Cooking: Recipes for Living in a New World. Once again, I got to participate, by testing my recipe several times to make sure it was just right. If you like borshch (or, really, any kind of diaspora food), check the WorldCat link to see if your local library has a copy!
